Before establishing BlackPines, Darren held leadership roles at Microsoft, Starbucks, McKinsey & Company, and served as CEO of Booking.com and Group CEO of the Priceline Group (nka Booking Holdings). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for The Knot Worldwide, Allegro Group, Skyscanner, GameAddik, and Operto, guiding these companies to success, as demonstrated by Allegro's IPO in 2020. In addition to his current roles, Darren served as Chairman of Magento Commerce and guided the company to its $1.7bn sale to Adobe.
